Landmark Collaborative Performance Scorecarding
Partner Performance Management
Welcome to Landmark CPS
Landmark CPS offers a new way to manage inter-company relationships that aspire to achieve common goals. Organizations interact with each other in a variety of ways; Strategic Partnerships, Joint Ventures, Supply & Value Chains, Outsourcing Alliances, and Cooperative Product & Service Offerings, to name but a few.

In all cases, the strength of the relationship is built upon the trust generated between parties. This trust is ultimately supported by the transparency of the partnership, knowing "who's doing what" and how performance is measured both within and between organizations. Landmark CPS helps two or more companies enhance this transparency through the development and monitoring of shared goals and action plans. It combines leading performance management methodologies with enterprise class scorecarding technology to foster a truly collaborative environment that leads to mutual success.
Performance Management Methodology

Landmark CPS employs it's Collaboration Management Methodology (CMM) to:
  • define shared action plans that support common goals,
  • develop performance measures that provide feedback on the these plans,
  • establish multi party accountability structures and,
  • deploy scorecarding and initiative management techniques to allow all contributors to monitor success.
The Landmark CPS team works with all participants to define both the goals and plans for the relationship as well as the performance management strategy to guarantee success.

World Class Scorecarding Technology

Landmark CPS has partnered with a wide variety of performance management software vendors (i.e. Microsoft, Oracle, SAS) to offer leading scorecarding technology in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This enables organizations to provide a cost effective and fully web architected solution to all contributors engaged with the inter-company relationship.

In addition to offering subscription based licensing, Landmark CPS hosts the application and supports the data integration and security requirements to manage these collaborative performance models, thereby reducing the effort and dependencies on internal corporate IT departments.
